Really, am I in the wrong state? I can predict the weather! My hair curls everytime it rains, and Mommy says I always want to go out when it's cold, and I always need a bath when it's hot. Surely, I'll become the most photographed Texan -- I mean, I may not be the cutest dog in the world (though, Mommy says I am), I'm definitely better looking than Punxsutawney Phil -- this animal is no Brad Pitt!
